When owner Lyle Redgwell left school for a job in construction, he found his calling: he enjoyed carpentry enough to make it a career. Today, he enjoys helping customers achieve the results they expect, and ensuring that the quality of work lives up to the promise of long-term satisfaction. His team of fully qualified carpenters stay on top of current renovation and building practices and techniques, and they take pride in what they do every day.

At the office, Claire Brownlee juggles scheduling and keeps on top of the surprising amount of paperwork involved in the company. She makes sure the proper warranties are acquired, ensures that inspections are completed, and submits all necessary paperwork to the proper authorities...yet as busy as she is, she's always cheerful on the telephone!
